Using her background, skills, and consulting expertise, Linda has:

 

Successfully coached over 300 individuals across the full range of potential coaching situations -- helping new executives to more quickly become valuable contributors to business performance, coaching high potential leaders as well as seasoned executives, and working with struggling leaders to create a turn-around.

  

Developed and facilitated a variety of team development sessions, offisites, and series of sessions with leadership teams and intact work groups (e.g., leveraging style differences -- through Myers-Briggs, DiSC, and others; managing conflict, setting ground-rules, enhancing trust and communication; creating vision/strategy; identifying goals, roles, etc.), resulting in stronger team performance.

 

Managed large and small scale employee surveys, from the initial stages of survey development to feeding back the results and action planning, bringing about sustainable improvements.

  

Designed and delivered 360° feedback to enhance fast-track executive development programs and leadership training programs.

 

Designed and delivered effective workshops and learning events in areas such as coaching, emotional intelligence, and performance management.
